Veggie Mexican with Refried Beans

Another Monday, another easy recipe. Veggies cooked up with cumin, paprika and chilli powder and served with refried beans and soft tortilla wraps. Leftovers boxed up for tomorrow's lunch....


I even thought about making my own tortillas but I had some in the cupboard. Maybe next time.
