Having subsisted on crumpets for the whole day I decided that I should really try and balance out my intake of the basic food groups. I grilled us up some Quorn burgers and Linda McCartney sausages and made myself a burger using my home made bread, it was very tasty.
I topped it off with a salad made from iceberg lettuce, spinach, cucumber, grated carrot, sweetcorn and red pepper with a balsamic, honey and mustard dressing.
