I used 300g strong white bread flour, 200g strong wholemeal bread flour, half a teaspoon of sugar, some salt 7g dried yeast and 450ml of warm water. I added some linseeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds to the top before I put it in the oven.

Ciabatta Integrale
Made a cracking slightly wholemeal version of the ciabatta I made last week with seeds on top too. It is more flavoursome than the all white version which was awesome.
