Welsh Cakes

For those of you that don't already know today is St David's Day. He is the patron saint of Wales. I grew up in Wales and every year at (primary) school we all dressed up in traditional costume and wore a daffodil for the girls and a leek for the boys. Another great tradition is Welsh cakes. I first made my own last year when there were other Welshies around at work to celebrate with. The recipe I used is here. I managed to make about 27 or so cakes.
