I'm on my own this evening as Mr VST has gone to stay with friends before the Exmoor Beast tomorrow so I ventured into the freezer to find something for dinner tonight. Good old Linda. Love her veggie range. Had one of her country pies tonight with a jacket potato.
Lunch today was a bit more interesting. Carrot and parsnip soup with some Dr Karg's crackers and extra mature cheddar. A good winter warmer.
Will try and find the time to put some recipes up tomorrow.
