Now I really don't intend on blogging my breakfast everyday as I usually have the same thing - ready brek! Yes I know, central heating for kids and I'm definitely not a kid any more but it's great. It really sets me up for the day. The current incarnation involves topping it with sultanas, a generous teaspoon of honey and cinnamon.
Difficulty: Easy peasy!
Taste: simple but delicious
Calories: 300 kcal approx. (I make mine with oat milk but don't think it's that different from semi-skimmed cow's milk in terms of calories).
